Understanding cables

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). Sources within the MFA's Cabinet confirmed to Poloff April 15 
that Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos will be 
attending the April 28-30 Community of Democracies 
Ministerial in Santiago, Chile.  Other members of the 
delegation include:  Franciso Javier Sandomingo, Director 
General of Foreign Policy for Latin American Affairs; Javier 
Sancho Velazquez, Moratinos' Chief of Staff; Emilio Fernandez 
Castrano, Director General for International Economic 
Relations; and Carmen Fontes, Director of Foreign 
Communication.  Other MFA officials and staff members may 
also join the delegation and the delegation will include 
members of the press and security officials.
