Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

"TITADYNE", OF THE TYPE STOLEN BY ETA IN FRANCE IN 
1999, 14 KILOGRAMS OF CHEMICALS FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF 
EXPLOSIVES, DETONATOR CORD, ELECTRIC DETONATORS, 
TIMERS, ELECTRONIC DEVICES FOR MAGNETIC BOMBS, TWO 
MACHINE GUNS "MATT" AND "UZI", AMMUNITION, BLANK CAR 
LICENSE PLATES, TOOLS AND A RADIO FREQUENCY SCANNER.
