1.   POST WISHES TO SUBMIT AND/OR UPDATE THE FOLLOWING 
  NAME AND INFORMATION IN CLASS IN ACCORDANCE WITH VIPER 
  PROCEDURES: 
 
2.   DAILY PRESS OF MARCH 19, 2005 REPORTED THAT THE 
  SPANISH POLICE DETAINED MOHANNAD ALMALLAH DABAS.  HE 
  WAS PREVIOUSLY ARRESTED ON MARCH 24, 2004 IN CONNECTION 
  WITH THE MARCH 11TH TERRORIST ATTACKS, AND LATER 
  RELEASED WITHOUT CHARGES. FURTHER INVESTIGATIONS HAVE 
  LED THE EXAMINING JUDGE TO ORDER HIS ARREST AGAIN, 
  BASED ON SUBSTANCIAL INCRIMINATING EVIDENCE.  HE IS NOW 
  ACCUSED OF MEMBERSHIP IN A TERRORIST ORGANIZATION. 
  MOHANNAD ALMALLAH DABAS AND HIS BROTHER MOUTAZ 
  ALMALLAH, THE SPIRITUAL LEADER OF THE CELL AND FOR WHOM 
  THE SPANISH JUDGE HAS ISSUED AN INTERNATIONAL WARRANT 
  OF ARREST, ALLEGEDLY RECRUITED YOUNG ISLAMISTS AND HAD 
  MEETINGS WITH OTHER RADICAL ISLAMIST, INCLUDING SOME OF 
  THE MADRID AND CASABLANCA TERRORIST ATTACKS 
  PERPETRATORS. THE ARRESTED IS ALSO SUSPECTED OF HAVING 
  FACILITATED TRAVEL DOCUMENTS TO AMER EL AZIZI, A 
  MOROCCAN ASSOCIATED TO THE AL-QAEDA CELL IN SPAIN, WHO 
  FLED IN NOV. 2001 AFTER A POLICE OPERATION AGAINST THE 
  CELL.
