Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

2.   RELIABLE DAILY SPANISH PRESS OF FEB. 2, 2005 
  REPORTED THAT THE SPANISH POLICE DETAINED FOUR MEMBERS 
  OF THE SAME FAMILY ALLEGEDLY INVOLVED AND/OR ASSOCIATED 
  TO THE MADRID MARCH 11TH TERRORIST ATTACKS.  SPANISH 
  POLICE BELIVE THEY ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THE MOROCCAN 
  ISLAMIC COMBATANT GROUP HEADED IN SPAIN BY HASSAN EL 
  HASKI AND THAT THEY PROVIDED WITH FUNDS AND SHELTER TO 
  SOME OF THE PARTICIPANTS IN THE MADRID MARCH 11 
  TERRORIST EVENTS.  SUBSEQUENT PRESS REPORTS INDICATE 
  THE EXAMINING JUDGE ORDERED THEIR INPRISONMENT.  THEY 
  ARE ACCUSED OF COLLABORATION WITH A TERRORIST
