Understanding cables

1. (U)  PolOff delivered reftel talking points November 21 to 
Auda Abu-Tayeh of Foreign Minister Hani Mulki's Private 
Office.  Abu-Tayeh had no substantive comments on the points, 
but promised to share the information immediately with 
relevant GOJ officials, including the Jordanian delegation 
traveling to Sharm Al Sheikh for the conference.
