¶1.  (SBU) In two August 20 diplomatic notes, the MFA advised 
that the aid delegation discussed in reftel will delay its 
travel to Iraq by one day, until August 22.  The notes also 
provided updated information re delegation members. 
 
 
¶2.  (SBU) Action request: Embassy appreciates Department and 
CPA efforts to support this visit, and requests that units 
along the route be informed of the delegation's revised 
travel schedule.
