(U) Baghdad minimize considered 
 
 
1.  (SBU) In two August 20 diplomatic notes, the MFA advised 
that the aid delegation discussed in reftel will delay its 
travel to Iraq by one day, until August 22.  The notes also 
provided updated information re delegation members. 
 
 
2.  (SBU) Action request: Embassy appreciates Department and 
CPA efforts to support this visit, and requests that units 
along the route be informed of the delegation's revised 
travel schedule.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey

of America in Ankara and with reference to the Ministry's 
Note Nr. UKGY/339132 dated August 18, 2003 has the honour to 
inform that, Mr. Gokhan Sunal, journalist at the Turkish 
Radio and Television (TRT) Corporation, who was included in 
the list of delegation which will visit Iraq on August 21, 
2003, has been replaced by Mr. Ersoy Kof, journalist at the
