Ministry of Irrigation.  His duties include assisting 
the Ministry Secretary in advising the Minister on 
formulation of irrigation policy matters, coordination 
of activities of the Irrigation Department which is the 
institution providing irrigation facilities to the 
farmer community.  Activities include formulation of 
Water Resources Development Projects comprising of 
investigations, designs and water balance studies and 
Water Resources Management. 
In additon, Mr. Seimon serves in the Technical 
Evaluation Committee to evaluate Environmental Impact 
Assessment of Irrigation and Water Resources 
Development Projects.
