Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

ΒΆ1. (U) Per reftel, Emboff delivered a demarche regarding the 
Goldstone Report to Ms. Norma Taylor Roberts of the International 
Organizations Department of the Government of Jamaica (GOJ)'s 
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade (MFAFT).  The 
demarche was delivered on the morning of November 4 and Ms. Taylor 
Roberts was provided with a copy of the talking points.  Post will 
convey any relevant response.
