Understanding cables

1. This is an action request. 
 
2.  Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, post 
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following 
candidate from the Iraqi Security Forces who has been nominated to 
participate in shipyard site visit, in the United States.  Request 
expedited processing due to immediate start date as indicated 
below.
