If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). (SBU) Poloff delivered reftel message containing the updated 
Global Initiative to Combat Nuclear Terrorism (GICNT) 2009 
Plenary Meeting agenda and working group agendas to Moroccan 
Ministry of Foreign Affairs Head of the United Nations and 
International Organizations Directorate Azzedine Farhane on 
June 12.  Farhane had already obtained copies of the GICNT 
agendas from the Global Initiative Information Portal and 
will be accompanying MFA Secretary General Youssef Amrani, 
who will be leading the Moroccan delegation, to the Plenary 
meeting at The Hague this week.
