1.  (SBU)  Poloff delivered reftel message regarding U.S. 
participation in the upcoming June 3-5 Global Initiative To 
Combat Nuclear Terrorism (GICNT) conference in Rabat to 
Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs Head of Section of 
Disarmament and Security Affairs Bouchaib Eloumni on May 18. 
Eloumni expressed Morocco's appreciation of the U.S. support 
for the upcoming conference and informed Poloff that GICNT 
co-chair Russia has not yet confirmed its attendance or 
availability to deliver a presentation during the event. 
 
2.  (SBU)  Eloumni wants to confirm presentation topics and 
participation with other GICNT members before setting the 
agenda.  He hopes to have a draft agenda available by the 
middle of next week and will share it with Post as soon as 
possbile. 
 
3.  (SBU)  Post has reserved six rooms at The Tour Hassan 
Hotel (location of the conference) in Rabat for the U.S. 
delegation June 2-6. The confirmation number is 10271001. 
Please inform Post as soon as possible whether or not the 
U.S. delegation still needs the sixth room.  An Embassy 
driver will meet the delegation at the Rabat airport when 
they arrive on June 2.  Post will provide return 
transportation for the delegation on June 6.
