Understanding cables

Liechtenstein Embassy in Bern, informed poloff on November 26 
that the GOL will abstain on the resolutions reaffirming 
three UN bodies (i.e., The Committee on the Exercise of the 
Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People (62/80); 
Division for Palestinian Rights of the Secretariat (62/81); 
and Work of the Special Committee to Investigate Israeli 
Practices Affecting the Human Rights of the Palestinian 
People and Other Arabs of the Occupied Territories (62/106).
