Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:

Society Party (DTP).

We would like to present our hearty congratulations on your 
election as the President of the United States of America. 
We hope that, your conciliatory and liberalistic messages are 
a new era's beginning. 
 
In this regard, Democratic Society Party expects democratic 
and peaceful solutions for Middle East's issues with support 
of the United States.  Accordingly, Kurdish Issue which 
problem of particular urgency and comprises Turkey, Iran, 
Iraq and Syria, in a pivotal role for Middle East's 
stability.  Our Party is ready to share sincerely our 
accumulations and visions for bring to lights the democratic 
solutions in the Middle East with your government
