Understanding cables

1. Members of the Embassy Rabat and Consulate General Casablanca 
joint Visas Viper Committee met September 8, 2008.  The meeting was 
chaired by DCM, with CG, RAO, LEGATT, CONS, DHS, DAO, RSO, POL, ECON 
and PD in attendance. 
 
2. An additional six names were provided for the network that 
recruits volunteers on behalf of Al Qaeda in Iraq and Algeria (see 
reftel).  All are Moroccan nationals.
