Understanding cables

ΒΆ1. The Netherlands plan to support the re-nomination of U.S.
Candidate Ms. Felice Gaer to the United Nations Committee
Against Torture. Poloff delivered dipnote and reftel points
to MFA Policy Officer in the Human Rights and Peacebuilding
Department Meline Arakelian. Arakelian informed poloff that
"the Netherlands will support her candidacy in Geneva on
October 8."
