Understanding cables

ΒΆ1. (SBU) On April 2 we delivered reftel information about the June 
2007 G8 Bioterrorism Decontamination Workshop and the related EPA 
Decontamination Workshop to the MFA's Department of New Challenges 
and Threats.  In a follow-up conversation April 6, Sergey Belousko, 
an attache within that department, told us the Russians are 
interested in the workshops and will work on putting together an 
appropriate delegation to attend.
