Understanding cables

In response to ref A: Post on September 19 delivered ref B 
demarche to the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and 
Trade.  Post notes that New Zealand has been a strong 
supporter of the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful 
Acts Against the Safety of Maritime Navigation.  A response 
to the demarche probably will not be available until the New 
Zealand official who will attend the IMO Diplomatic 
Conference in London returns to the office on October 3. 
Post will report any response.
